Landlord mode
You manage your own units. Hides the property-manager features you don't need — the Owners section and Team roles. Turn it off if you manage units for other owners.

Statutory autopilot
Let Goodstander work the calendar for you: email tenants the security-deposit documents Massachusetts requires (the §15B receipt and annual interest statement) as each deadline comes due, chase past-due rent with a reminder and a balance-due letter (never an unlawful early late fee), remind you before each insurance policy renews, and send your owners a white-label monthly statement. Every action is logged to your activity trail. Off by default; nothing is sent until you turn this on.
