Create a link and post it wherever you advertise the unit. Scope it to a unit, or leave it general for a portfolio-wide waitlist.
No application fee: Massachusetts law (G.L. c. 186 §15B) doesn't allow tenant-paid application or screening fees, so Goodstander doesn't collect one. Screening is run by you, at no cost to the applicant.
Links are unguessable and never expire. Deleting a link takes effect immediately — anyone who already has it can no longer apply.
